Brand Story:
The Raw bags project started after founder Rawan graduated from university with a major in environmental sciences. Her love for nature and art came together to produce this project, through which she hopes to achieve the dissemination of a culture of sustainability in fashion, raise awareness and inspire people to shift away from the consumption of plastic bags.

What began as a hobby, Rawan acquired a collection of iconic Kuwaiti stamps that were released during pivotal times in Kuwait’s history, of which she has since converted into the design of her Raw bags! This current vintage stamp collection features stamps dating back to before, during, and after the Gulf War.
